Supporting Educators,
One Lesson at a Time
Sundial Fox exists to help teachers approach assistive drafting tools with clarity and confidence — not pressure, not hype.
Back to HomeHow Sundial Fox Came About
Sundial Fox started from a straightforward observation: many educators in Malaysia were hearing a lot about AI tools but weren't sure how to evaluate them for actual classroom use. The gap wasn't enthusiasm — it was practical, grounded guidance that respected how teachers actually plan and prepare.
Founded in Bangsar Baru, Kuala Lumpur, we set out to fill that gap. Our work is built around a simple idea: a good tool should make your job a little easier without taking the lesson out of your hands. Every service we offer keeps the educator in charge of content — we help with the layer that drafts and suggests, not the layer that decides.
We work with individual teachers, tutoring centres, and teaching teams across the Klang Valley and beyond. Sessions can be arranged in person at your school or centre, or conducted remotely — whichever fits your schedule.
What Guides Our Work
Clarity over hype
We describe what tools can and cannot do in plain terms. No inflated expectations, no jargon meant to impress.
Educators stay in charge
Every service includes a review step. Your professional judgment shapes the final content — always.
Long-term usefulness
We aim to leave you self-sufficient — not dependent on us for ongoing support. Written guides and checklists are yours to keep.

How We Keep Our Work Honest
The standards we follow aren't just policies — they shape what every client interaction looks like from start to finish.
Review-First Approach
Every service includes a structured review step. Educators check and approve drafted content before anything is finalised.
Data Privacy Handling
Client materials shared with us for review are handled carefully. We follow clear data handling practices aligned with Malaysian personal data guidelines.
Written Documentation
After each service, clients receive written summaries or guides — a clear record they can refer back to without contacting us.
Education-Sector Focus
Our team backgrounds are in education and curriculum work — not generic tech consulting. We stay close to classroom realities.
Transparent Communication
We explain what we're doing and why at each stage. No unexplained steps, no decisions made without the client's input.
Scope Clarity
Every engagement has a clearly defined scope. If additional work is needed, it's discussed and agreed before any changes are made.
Educators in Malaysia Navigating New Tools
Teaching has always involved preparation — planning what to cover, how to sequence ideas, what questions will reveal understanding. The tools available for this work have changed, and so has the conversation around them. Sundial Fox works with educators who want to understand what assistive drafting tools actually do before deciding whether to bring them into their lesson preparation routines.
Our clients range from individual tutors who handle several subjects on their own, to tutoring centre teams looking for a consistent approach across staff. The common thread is a preference for careful, practical engagement over rushing toward a technology for its own sake.
Kuala Lumpur's education landscape is diverse and competitive. Teachers at independent tutoring centres often prepare materials for students across multiple year levels and syllabuses. Any tool that enters that workflow needs to fit within existing quality standards — not shortcut them. Sundial Fox's review-centred services are designed with exactly that in mind.
We believe that educators who understand a tool's possibilities and limits are better placed to use it well. Our written summaries and training sessions are built to give that understanding — not to create a dependency on Sundial Fox, but to leave educators more capable than when we arrived.
