"I wasn't sure what to expect from the Teaching Tools Review — honestly, I'd heard a lot about these AI drafting tools but nothing very concrete. What Sundial Fox gave me was a sample output for my Form 3 Science class, and a very clear written note about where it worked and where I'd need to be careful. That was exactly what I needed to make a sensible decision."

"We brought Sundial Fox in for the Lesson Content Setup for our team of four tutors. The training session was practical — they walked through the tool with actual examples from our centre, not hypothetical ones. The review checklist has become part of how we check materials each week. It's a small change but it's made things more consistent."

"I appreciated that the session didn't feel like a sales pitch for any particular tool. Suraya was honest about what the tool was producing and asked for my feedback along the way. The written summary after the review was genuinely useful — I've referred back to it a few times since."

"We went with the Teaching Workflow Programme for our centre — seven tutors, covering Bahasa Malaysia, English, Maths, and Science across different levels. The multi-subject setup took a few days but Sundial Fox was thorough. The maintenance guide they produced has already been used to onboard a new tutor we hired in May. Worth it."

"I run English lessons for PMR and SPM students. I was a bit worried the tool outputs would feel generic, but the configuration Azlina set up was specific enough to my approach that the drafts were actually useful as starting points. I still rewrite a fair bit — but that's by choice, not because the outputs are unusable."

"The review session helped me understand what the tool could and couldn't do before I spent time learning it on my own. The session was remote, which worked fine. Response time when I had follow-up questions was prompt. One thing I found particularly useful: they tested the tool on my actual worksheet, not a made-up example."

Client Journeys in Detail
Multi-Tutor Centre in Subang Jaya
Challenge
A tutoring centre with four tutors covering different subjects was spending significant time each week on worksheet preparation. The centre director wanted to explore whether a drafting tool could reduce that workload — but was concerned about consistency and quality across tutors.
What We Did
We started with the Lesson Content Setup service. After reviewing existing materials from each tutor, we configured the drafting helper for three core subjects. Training was done in a single group session. We then produced a shared review checklist the whole team could use consistently.
Outcome
The centre director reported that worksheet drafting time was reduced noticeably across most subjects. The shared checklist also helped standardise quality across tutors — something the director had been working on separately. Engagement completed in four working days.
"The checklist has become something we use every week — not just for AI-assisted content but for anything we produce in-house."

Large Tutoring Centre — Teaching Workflow Programme
Challenge
An academic centre in Damansara with seven tutors covering five subjects and multiple year levels wanted a structured way to bring assistive drafting into their teaching workflow — without disrupting their existing preparation culture or creating inconsistency between tutors.
What We Did
We ran the Teaching Workflow Programme over one week. Each subject was configured separately with appropriate parameters. A review cycle was built into the workflow — not as an add-on, but as a standard step tutors complete before using any drafted material. A maintenance guide was written specifically for this centre's setup.
Outcome
The centre used the maintenance guide to onboard a new tutor within weeks of completion — without needing to involve Sundial Fox. The academic director noted the review cycle had helped surface some inconsistencies in how tutors were framing questions — something the tool's output made visible that had previously gone unnoticed.
"The maintenance guide paid for itself the first time we needed to bring someone new up to speed."

Individual Teacher Exploring Her Options
Challenge
A secondary school Science teacher in Petaling Jaya had been hearing about AI writing tools but wasn't sure whether any of them were suitable for producing Science lesson content — or whether she'd be spending time cleaning up unreliable output.
What We Did
We ran the Teaching Tools Review with her existing Form 3 Science worksheets as the reference material. We prepared a short sample output and walked through it with her — identifying where the tool did well and where it needed correction. The written summary documented both clearly.
Outcome
The teacher decided to continue exploring the tool on her own, using the written summary as a guide for what to watch. She contacted us three weeks later to ask about the Lesson Content Setup — indicating she had found enough value in the initial review to consider a more involved setup.
